Shipping & Delivery

When you’re done placing your order and submitting your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Kindly contact us via e-mail if you do not get the confirmation e-mail, or if you experience another issue with your order. Once your payment is verified and the order is processed, the parcel will be shipped. Deliveries done by Fargo Courier from Monday to Friday. If we receive your order before 2pm, we will ship it the same day in most cases. If we receive it after 2pm, your order will most likely be shipped the following business day. Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours but please allow for 48 hours to be on the safe side and 72 hours for locations far from Nairobi.

Please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you might be charged additional shipping fees.

Kindly note that deliveries are only done Monday-Friday.

All orders attract a shipping fee of 150 KES per order.
