General Questions
All our products are unisex and can be used by both, men and women.
We are stocked by many stores in Nairobi and other locations in Kenya. Please refer to our Retailers page for more information.
All our products are proudly produced in Kenya! We also aim to source our raw materials from Kenya when possible. If we cannot source something from Kenya, we try and source it from within Africa. Only if we are not successful, we will source from outside of Africa. Baobab is the key ingredient in all our products. Our Baobab fruits come from sustainable wild collection in Kenya and we produce the raw materials (oil, extract, powder) ourselves. All our Baobab raw material has been certified by ECOCERT as 100% organic according to EU and USDA standards.
If you want to meet us in person, you can do so at certain events throughout the year. We will advertise the locations and dates on our social media platforms, so stay tuned!
We are absolutely and completely cruelty free. We do not test on animals and vet all our suppliers to make sure that they do not test on animals either. Also the bulk of our suppliers are from Kenya where there is no opportunity to do animals testing. Rest assured that we have a commitment to ourselves and our customers be an ethical and sustainable brand.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we do delivery Kenya-wide. All deliveries are done by Fargo on Monday to Friday. If we receive the order before 2pm, most orders are delivered within 24 hours depending on location. Please allow for 48 hours though to be on the safe side and 72 hours if your location is far from Nairobi. Orders received after 12pm will most likely be shipped the next day.

We charge 150 KES for per shipping.
Please check the spam/junk folder in your emails to make sure the confirmation email hasn’t gotten lost there. If you have created an account, you should also be able to see your order history in your profile under “My O’BAO”. If you are still unsure or were not able to verify, you can reach out to us to confirm whether we have received your order.
No, we do not allow factory pick-up as of right now. We offer Kenya-wide free shipping for orders above 1,000 KES. So please place your order and we will ship it to you as quick as possible. There is no option for pick up.

For your convenience, we accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Refund & Exchange
Please check the delivered item carefully before signing the delivery note. Once the items have been delivered and accepted, we do not offer refunds/exchanges.
Please note that store credit or exchanges are offered on defective items only. Any defective product must be reported at the time of delivery. If any faults are found at the time of delivery, you may contact us via email or phone. Please document the fault with pictures and videos and describe the issue as best as you can when reaching out to us. Please check our detailed returns and exchanges policy for further information.
